Dr. Sahil Sohi is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with qualifications in MBBS and DNB Orthopaedics, specializing in orthopaedic care, joint replacement and arthroscopic procedures. He has completed a Fellowship in Arthroplasty (Primary, Revision and Robotic) and Hip Arthroscopy from the University of Missouri, Columbia, USA.
He is currently working as a Associate Consultant in Orthopaedics at Fortis Escorts Hospital, New Delhi. He has also served as a Senior Resident in Orthopaedics at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, and completed his fellowship at the Missouri Orthopaedic Institute, University of Missouri, USA. He has previously worked as a Junior Resident in Emergency Medicine at AIIMS, New Delhi.
His clinical training and exposure include arthroplasty, arthroscopy, spinal, paediatric and trauma surgeries. He has experience in diagnosing diseases, handling medical equipment and providing emergency care. He has also completed training in Locomotor Disabilities under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, conducted by the concerned Government of India departments.
Dr. Sohi has attended several orthopaedic courses and workshops, including the Basic Arthroplasty Course at Amrita Hospital, the AIIMS Basic Trauma Course, the AO Trauma Course on Fracture Management, and an Advanced Alignment and Robotics Course.
He has also contributed to orthopaedic research through his thesis on functional outcomes in carpal tunnel release surgery and a publication on peroneus longus tendon grafts in failed ACL reconstruction.
