Dr. Gautam Singal is a highly experienced Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist with over 23 years of clinical expertise. He serves as Senior Consultant Cardiologist at Apollo Clinic, East of Kailash, New Delhi, and as Senior Consultant & Associate Professor of Cardiology and Head of Cath Lab at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Faridabad.
He completed his MBBS from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, followed by DNB in General Medicine and DNB in Cardiology from the National Board of Examinations. He received advanced cardiology training at Army Hospital Research & Referral, the premier referral center for India’s Armed Forces.
Dr. Singal has held senior academic and clinical positions at Fortis Hospital, Holy Family Hospital, Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, and Government Medical College Patiala, where he established a state-of-the-art Cath Lab and performed landmark procedures including the institution’s first Permanent Pacemaker Implantation and first Angioplasty.
He has had the honour of treating three Presidents of India and served as Cardiologist to former President Pranab Mukherjee. Actively involved in teaching and research, he is a National Teaching Faculty for the NBE Cardiology Programme and has published extensively in national and international journals.
