About The Doctor
Ms. Ria Malik is a dedicated Counselling Psychologist with over five years of clinical experience across India and the United Kingdom. She currently practices at Apollo Clinic, East of Kailash, Delhi.
She completed her M.Sc. in Mental Health – Psychological Therapies (Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London and her B.Sc. (Hons) in Psychology from University of Warwick.
She has worked with reputed institutions including Fortis Healthcare, Dorset Mind, North East London NHS Foundation Trust, and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, gaining experience in hospital-based care, community mental health, guided self-help, crisis support, and psychological assessments.
She works with adolescents and adults aged 13 to 60 years. She adopts a client-centred, empathetic, and evidence-based therapeutic approach tailored to individual needs. Ms. Malik is also actively involved in mental health awareness initiatives, helpline services, and school and organisational workshops to promote psychological wellbeing.
